Michele has held senior-level executive positions at the Air
Line Pilots Association, Int'l, at Howard University, Washington, DC as
Assistant Vice President for Human Resources Management, and at Executive
Transitions International, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Consulting. She is also the founder and President of RenQuest &
Associates, Inc., an independent consulting group in Human Resources Management, business
operations, organizational effectiveness, outsourcing, facilitative training,
and career planning.
In her capacity as the Assistant Vice President at Howard
University, Michele was the principal HR executive overseeing the daily
operations, development, and implementation of institutional human resource
management programs, policies, and procedures University-wide including the
University’s health care and enterprise facilities. She also headed strategic
planning activities in the development of performance improvement management by
devising programs for enhancing productivity, increasing efficiencies,
reducing costs, and taking advantage of opportunities.
She
is a highly sought after trainer with the training group, Performance Training
Resources, located in Houston, Texas, and is an annual presenter at the Ford
Motor Company’s PowerNetworking Conference held in Cleveland, Ohio.
As an independent consultant, she offers her services to

business and marketing strategies, organizational design and development,
